Become the person who can hold their own Power
Integrate the unconscious patterns shaping your relationships, leadership, and inner life—so you stop repeating them and begin living from choice.
I work with thoughtful, high-performing people who feel there is more to themselves than the identity they've built.
They may be successful professionally while privately struggling with recurring relationship patterns, self-doubt, burnout, emotional reactivity, or an unsettling sense that they have outgrown the life they've created.
Our work is not about fixing you. It is about integrating the parts of yourself you've learned to leave behind.
Most coaching helps you perform better. Inner Alchemy helps you become more whole.
The integration of psyche, body and consciousness through Jungian depth work and embodied practice
Why Insight Alone Isn't Enough
Most people already understand what they should do. Yet they continue repeating the same reactions.
The same relationships. The same fears. The same internal conflicts.
That's because insight rarely changes unconscious patterns. Transformation begins when those unconscious patterns become conscious—and are integrated into the whole personality. This is where Jungian psychology, dreamwork, embodiment, and nervous system regulation come together.
You may recognize yourself if...
“You are successful but often feel like an imposter.”
“You overthink decisions that seem simple to everyone else.”
“You keep repeating relationship dynamics you thought you'd outgrown.”
“You know a great deal about personal growth but still feel divided inside.”
“You sense that your next level isn't about doing more—but becoming more integrated.”
“We suffer less from what we know than from what we refuse to know about ourselves.”
The work of Inner Alchemy is bringing those hidden parts into relationship—so they become sources of vitality instead of conflict.
I Didn't Discover This Work in a Book
I discovered it because I needed it.
For years I looked successful on the outside while carrying conflict, uncertainty, and unconscious patterns that quietly shaped my relationships, leadership, and identity.
Studying Jungian psychology, contemplative traditions, dreamwork, and embodied practices gave me language for what I had experienced—but transformation came through learning to integrate those hidden parts of myself rather than fight them.
Today I help others do the same.
My role isn't to give you answers. It's to help you discover the parts of yourself that already know them.
Inner Alchemy Collective a premium depth-coaching practice for the psychologically curious, high-performing people who want more than performance optimization. Open to leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and those seeking:
Transformation through relationship with the unconscious.
Integration over self-improvement.
Wholeness over optimization.
